    I have just rang this hotel to ask if the pool area is open only to be hung up on 5 times! Terrible customer service.

    A great hotel establishment in Madrid, perfect for short business stays or for weekend getaways. The location so close to the IFEMA Trade Fair Palace, give it a privileged position in front of other places in the area. Spacious rooms with careful service.

    My first time staying at the Sercotel Alcalá 611 I usually stay at the Hilton Madrid Airport. Very impressed with the hotel the surrounding area has lots of super bars and restaurants. The staff were equally attentive and polite I can't thank them enoug
