              When we first arrived in our room, someone was already in it - the manager then seemed to argue with the lady - the lady and her luggage then left the room but we had to wait around for a while for the room to be cleaned. The hotel is large and we found

              Stopover on the way to Benidorm. The room was abysmal, couldn't use the bath as it was peeling. The food was good but wouldn't risk staying there for any length of time. It's supposed to be 4* but no way!

              I will not recommend this hotel at all. I am disappointed to stay at hotel. Booking a hotel that has four stars, and I was expecting something better. The food was of very low quality. meal time was fine but half an hour before time everything was clean

              STAY AWAY, Add extra £300 and book somewhere else. - No kettle for hot water - Staff are unfriendly and unwilling to be of help with exception of a few. We were a family of 6 who booked two rooms and were given rooms with balcony with big gaps on them
